Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the Senate              
rescind its previous action in  passing SENATE BILL NO. 240(title              
am) An Act repealing the tax on punchboards and coin-operated                  
amusement devices; and providing for an effective date. Without                
objection, it was so ordered.
